Participation Level
Small Business (1–25 FTE), $250
Scaling Company (25–100 FTE), $500
Large Business (100+ FTE), $1,000
Healthcare System, $500
University / Research Center, $500
Foundation / NGO, $1,000
Public / Government Entity, $1,000

Annual contribution is one-time payment due on December 1, 2025, and effective through December 2026.   Renewals will occur annually.
